For most of the year we have worked on a new residential project to be built on the right bank of the Vistula river in Warsaw. Grodzieńska is a housing complex surrounding a green semi-public courtyard. The 108 apartments will have large balconies, some spanning the gaps between the walls of the three volumes that form the complex. There are four retail spaces on the ground floor with large glazed openings to liven up the streets of Warsaw’s Praga district. The project was commissioned by Agena Development.
