A complex renovation of a classical house, one of a prewar settlement in Warsaw’s Żoliborz district.  Works cover interior and exterior renovation, including energy-saving measures (heat pump, passive heating and cooling). An underground extension with a garage will serve as a base for a wooden pavillion – a small addition featuring a dining room opening towards the south and the garden.
