We have completed the conceptual phase of a challenging project in Warsaw’s Żoliborz district. The project consists in a through modernisation of a 1920s semidetached house designed originally by Romuald Gutt. The house will be renovated, with the underground floor and the attic adapted for additional usable spaces. The garden facade features a few modern additions that intend to give a fresh look to the house and a better link to the beautiful green area behind the building.
